Efficient Documentation Method for Whiteboard Discussions

What is Memos?
Memos is a highly efficient and user-friendly note-taking tool. It allows you to quickly record text and image content, and view and follow up on it in real time across computers, mobile phones, and other devices.

Environment Preparation
- Install the Gimao Memo mobile app
- Activate the Memos service
- Ensure your computer and mobile phone are connected to the same local network
- For computer access, keep Gimao Memo open on your phone and switch to Service Mode
Step 1: Capture and Upload
During the meeting discussion, take photos of the whiteboard content with your mobile phone, then upload the photos using the Memos service in Gimao Memo.
- Take Photos: Use your phone’s camera to capture the content on the whiteboard.
- Create a Memo: Open [Gimao Memo] → [Memos], upload the photos, and use voice input to record key information.
- Add Tags: Create New Tags Type

Step 2: Follow Up on Computer
Access the Gimao Memos service via your computer to organize meeting conclusions, list to-do items, and track progress.
- Enable Service Mode: 📱 On your mobile phone, open [Gimao Memo] and switch to Service Mode.
- Access the Web Interface: 💻 On your computer, navigate to the Service URL of Gimao Memo, enter the Memos section, and start tracking to-do items in real time.
Step 3: Cross-Device Synchronization
Leverage the cross-device sync feature of Gimao Memo to stay updated on progress, ensuring organized reporting and follow-up.
- Pin Important Items: Pin memos based on their priority level for quick access.
- Update Progress: Track follow-up actions by editing existing records directly or adding supplementary notes.
- Mark as Completed: Tag finished tasks with the
Completedstatus. - View To-Do List: Click the
To-Dos [Completed/Total]button below the calendar to view all pending tasks. - Filter by Tags: Use the tag list under the calendar to filter memos with custom tag combinations.
Note: For computer access, Gimao Memo must remain open on your mobile phone in Service Mode.
